Thanks Mate. Why did I not think of a macro?
You just made my job so much easier. Not that it's much of a chore but every now and then I had to add to the formula. Which was frustrating.
I have edited the code to fit my worksheet and just wish to know is it possible to get it to paste into Cell A2 so I can have a column heading in Cell A1? If so what do I need to change in my code

If that takes care of your need, be sure to EDIT your original post, click Go Advanced and mark the PREFIX box [SOLVED].
