Is there a quick way, once you paste info into a cell, for it to automatically become wrapped and toped?
There are 2 quick ways:
- Record a macro, with a shortcut key combination, that does the formating of the selected cells as per your requirement. You can use this after you have pasted the data in the excel. You just need to press the key combinations and the formatting would be done. Note, that when you paste some data, the range in which the data is pasted is already selected, so you should be able to run macro on that already-selected range.
- The other way round is to first change the formatting of the whole sheet to whatever you feel like. In your case - wrapped and aligned-up. And when you paste data, you would see a small icon that appears at the bottom-right corner of the pasted range. Click on it and you would a small menu opens up. Select use destination formatting option. That is it!!
