Question Password How Secure are MS 2003 Protected Spreadsheets?

Hey guys, I have a Excel spreadsheet that has tons of my personal acoounts, email address passwords, and other personal data saved in an Excel spreadsheet. It is protected by two passwords(Open & Write/Read Only) and I carry it on my Memory Stick at all times with a good solid password. My question is, Just how secure is the document? Could the fairly experienced computer nerd crack it? Do i have anything to worry about?

Sorry to say, CALL, Excel documents are hardly secure. You don't even need to be a nerd to break them open, you can download utilities online for a small fee, or even free.

The Open and Write/Read-Only passwords are usually tougher to crack than the workbook and worksheet passwords, but it can certainly be done. You'd probably be better of using encryption to store the file securely.. just don't lose your key/password!
