Creating a list of selected items from an order sheet

Hello - I am looking for assistance on creating a consolidated list of items on one tab selected by a user on another. For example if I had all the items someone could order at a store on one tab - how could I get excel to list out just the items the person selected or ordered (by placing a quantity next to them) without getting all the items they didn't select.

Any help would be much appreciated!!

Example: if I had this list of items in the attached spreadsheet on one page (the actual list will be thousands long), how would I just get a consolidated list of the items ordered onto another page without manually sorting.:

A simple take on your sheet with no array formulas. A helper column on the ordering sheet ticks off the items you have quantified, then an index on the ORDER sheet grabs them in the same order.

Once these columns are in place and working, I imagine you could just hide them.
