    Compare two columns and color matches

    Hello!

    I have problem with finding matches in two colums,
    what i need is:

    E.G.

    i have:

    Column A____Column B

    John________Steve
    Steve_______Mick
    Freddy______Michael
    Alfred
    Mick

    Result will be:

    Column A____Column B

    John________Steve
    Steve_______Mick
    Freddy______Michael
    Alfred
    Mick
