Count links

Can some one help me.. i have been asked how can i find how many link or formulas i have in a whole workbook.

is there a way?

How many formulas?

Select all your sheets
Choose Go To on the Edit Menu (Ctrl+G)
Choose Special button
Click the Formula radio button, OK, this will highlight the formulas
On the Status Bar, right click and choose Count
This will give you a count of the number of formulas you have.

The link part, I don't know the answer to, but someone will!
