Excel 2007 : NEEDS your URGENT HELP

Hi,

Im expecting that you guys would help in my very big problem for I am just a beginner user of this excel. I have a monitoring sheet for the purchase orders we have here in our office and I am monitoring the delivery movement of the materials we are purchasing whether it was already delivered or not. I have a column for the Purchase Orders number, a column for the date, for the suppliers, materials we purchased and columns for the delivery note number. May i ask your help guys if you can create me a formula to detect the delivery movement. for example, we purchase an item this day and the agreement is that they will deliver after 7 days. I want to have a new column with formula that will alarm me if they still havent delivered the said materials within the agreed 7 days delivery.

Your immediate response will be a great help on my side, at the same time, would add my knowledge with regards to excel.
