remake of macro help

Making Macro help question again..
Sorry about that…
hope we got it right...
We want to make a macro butt don't know how….
We have the numbers from 0 to 9 in column B…..
In column A---We have how many times the single
number has been out…..
We draw 2 single numbers twice a day …..
example----If the 6 is drawn then the numbers 6
goes back to 1 draw….
So then we sort from highest to lowest in A and B column..
We would like a macro to do all this…..

11 0
10 7
8 1
6 9
4 5
3 3
2 2
1 8

Can we get help on doing this???
