Insert 2 rows after every existing row

I don't know any programing. I am hoping someone knows how to add 2 rows after every existing row that is filled with data. I have 4,000 rows that have data in columns A, B, C, D. When finished, I would end up with 12,000 rows by the 4 columns. I am using Excel 2004 (11.3.7) on a Mac. Thanks.

    Welcome top the forum, Elaine.

Excel on Mac doesn't support VBA; it would have to be written in AppleScript (I think).

If that's your usual version of Excel, would you please change your profile to agree?
