Adding a note to a formula

My formula is : =SUM(C8:N8)

How do I add a "note" as opposed to a comment to this formula?

Use N function. N function converts any value to zero. You just need to plus to N

for example

=SUM(A1:A10)+N("This formula summarizes the selected string")
