As a side note I would reccommend Microsoft office Excel 2007 (or 2003) Bilble from Wiley Publishing by John Walkenback (ISBN0-470-04403-9).

I have found it an invaluable reference for excel, as it goes through almost everything, it does lack in some areas namely sumproduct() but for most purposes it covers everything, and has great examples.
