Excel 2007 : Display properties dialog box on save

I have recently upgraded from Excel 2003 to 2007.

In 2003 I was able to , thru the options, force the properties dialog box to display during a save operation, this allowed me to update it:.

I cannot find a way to make this option mandatory in 2007.
