Use "Data --> Sort" Select > Descending.

Hi Devesh,
PasteSpecial cannot do what you're seeking. You can use a macro to do so, but it may just be easier to copy and paste your data normally, and then select the new data and sort it descending (since that's all a macro would do anyway).
