protect except enable to copy a graphic

Hi guys and girls,
Is it possible to protect a sheet completely except for enabling only to copy a graph. Apologies for my poor english.

You can protect the sheet and allow for the editing of objects.
You will need to unset the Locked property of the chartobject.

Note that all chart/objects on the sheet will be accessible.

Also the copied chart will still be linked to the protected source data.
