The Naming of sheets

Hello,
Can a macro be written that will automatically NAME a sheet with the contents of a particular cell?

You can use the Sheets Name property, but there are several rules for the data.

Make sure the name you entered does not exceed 31 characters.
Make sure the name does not contain any of the following characters: : \ / ? * [ or ]
Make sure you did not leave the name blank.

I finished and was about to post and just saw Chance2 answer, both will work. He is just quicker then me I guess
