    Hiding Rows

    Dear Sir,
I have a problem, when i have pre determined rows with a specific formula it is showing the results as per the formula. but I need when ever one row is completed with all the particulars then only the next row should appear with the results, till then all the un entered rows should not show any result even though there is a formula in it.
for your reference i have attached the file, kindly look into this and provide me the solutions. I will be thankful to you.

    Re: Hiding Rows

    Hi Murali,

Can you give any example as I am bit confused here...

I understand that you want when all the particulars filled then only you want formula to show the result (If this is the case, you can use IF condition to test whether all cells have anything or not). But it will be much better if you can upload outcome (expected result) as well.

    Thanks in Advance!!!

    Re: Hiding Rows

Sir, the expected result should be like, if you observe the file the result of top row is reflecting in all the rows since i have already used the formula. now all the rows should not reflect the formula result unless i complete the top row, means if I complete 1st day of the month then automatically the second day should appear and after completing the second day row then only the 3rd day should open ..... and so on like wise.

    Re: Hiding Rows

    Sir,
We can do conditional format as u said that we can do but to give a conditional format each and every cell is a tedious job, is there any other procedure to give a conditional format for all the cells in a single shot?
    Regards
    Murali.

    Re: Hiding Rows

SELECT A9:L38 and use below formula in conditional format and change the cell fill color and font color, it will automatically applied to all the selected cells

    =$D8=""

Select the range as per your needs but =$D8="" should be less than 1 row of starting row of selection suppose your selected range is A7:L100 then the formula should be =$D6="" or your selected range is A12:L100 then the formula should be =$D11=""
