Im sure this is simple but im struggling to get my head around this.

I have a cell which will have an if function in it (cell a1). I want it to look up another cell (b1) which is either going to be blank or it will have a name in it.

I cant get cell a1 to show the name in b1 when there is a name in the cell, it just brings up false, but when the cell is blank it shows as blank.

Any suggestions pleasE?
