Cell Names Displayed In Cell

Hi All,

I'm working on someone else's spreadsheet and some cells show the cell name in a sort of transparent font in the background.
Can anyone tell me how to turn this on/off please? (I'm sure it's some weird formatting, but I can't seem to find it.
