Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong here? This formula in E1 has worked before. I have attached an example, in reality Column A and B have 2000 rows and column D about 250 randomized numbers out of Column B that need to be paired with their equal in Column A.

See attached file. I have shifted items in column in A to C and changed formula accordingly. Now it is working. see if it helps u.
That works great, thanks, but I dont understand why it wouldn't work the other way? Was there a reason? Cant have empty columns in between or something?
