embed picture in comment

Thx for the hint Andy, but I am lost. I am not using excel very often just as a database for my movies list. Si I tried to "insert" a picture in the comments pop up window and
I can' t do that (I am still on 2003). Is there an easy way of doing that?. The basic idea: A small cell just "filled" with a comment and when the mouse hits it the pop up window goes open and displays the picture of the movie ..
