Listbox of Unique Records populating another listbox

Hi All,

I have a bit of a dilemma. I have data stored in 3 columns.

Col one is countries - With Multiple Entries for Each Country.
Col two is Cities - Each city in col1 country.
Col three is codes - Each city has a code.

What I would like to do is filter col 1 to a listbox of only unique records and populate a second listbox of cities in that country. I can use lookup vector to get the city code.

Does this make sense to anyone?? Is this even possible.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
