Find value from multiple tables

I'm really struggling to see how to do this and help would be greatly appreciated. I'm not sure if vba is needed or if its a nested offset() function.

I'm working on an inventory list for a bar. I want to look for a value such as the beer stella for one date from my "Extracts" tab, and return that value for the same date on my "Totals" tab. There are three tables on my "Extract" page. So I want the formula to find the table for 4/09/09 on my "Extract" tab and then number of beers sold for Stella on that day. For Stella it should return 5 for 4/09/09.

Alternatively I could simply use the beer tab with the same basic idea, but again I'm not sure how to do this. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

It will be done easily with Vlookup .... if you could attach sample file then a better suggestion can be initiated.....

I had tried using a vlookup but the table ranges need to be able to shift, and I wasn't sure how to do that.
