    Not with Native Excel functionality...

    you can download and install a free addin from here Morefunc.xll and use a formula such as:

    =FORMULATEXT(INDEX(A1:H4,MATCH(X1,A1:A4,0),8))

    where your table is in A1:H4 and you are matching X1 to A1:A4 to get formulas located in H1:H4

    adjust references to suit.
