Mark the Lowest price in a price-matrix

Select C2:K54 and invoke Conditional Formatting from the Home tab

Select New Rule

Select Use a Formula to determine which cells to format

Enter formula: =AND(C2<=SMALL($C2:$K2,3),C2<>"")]

Click Format to choose your highlighting preferences.

Click Ok

Click Ok to finish.
