    Page Break Issue

I am using excel 2007 at work and a document I had used previously the page breaks had changed some how. I have tried manually resetting them, and it would not allow me to move them from side to side. When I would manually try to move them down, then every single cell was highlighted with page breaks. When I put I use the back option it removes the page breaks from every cell but it takes a one page document and it becomes several pages.

I did a reset of all page breaks and when I would go in to the print preview I got the message that the margins did not fit the page. It does not allow me to change anything.

I closed it and re-opened it and still had the same issue. I sent the document to a coworker and it opens with a one page document as it is suppose to. So is this a setting or something else in my setup?

The only thing I have done different with this doucment is change which printer I send it to. I changed nothing about the setup of the document for it to change the page breaks.

I opened other documents and it is doing the same thing to those as well.

    Re: Page Break Issue

Depends on the printer, right? Different printers have different minimum margins to accommodate their paper handling mechanisms.

If you change to a label printer, for example, the pages are going to break completely differently.
