change price from $23.20 to $33.99

I would like to know what the function or formula is for this.
My price is $23.20 mark up is 45% so the new price is $33.64
But I would like the cell to display it as $33.99
I know I have to round it up one dollar, then sub. $0.99 I just can't get the formula of function.

Assuming A1 is price pre-mark up and you always Round Up to next Dollar then

    B1: =ROUNDUP(A1*1.45,0)-0.01

Assuming the value of 23.20 is in Cell A1,
You could use a function like:
    =ROUNDUP(A1*1.45,0)-0.01
