When I use the "Format Table" option it always turns my top row into drop-down boxes. How do I stop this? I just want the information I have in those cells displayed as I typed it, I do not want drop-down boxes.

Go to the Data tab and unselect the larger Filter button
Where there is a will there are many ways.
If you are happy with the results, please add to the contributor's reputation by clicking the reputation icon (star icon) below left corner
