Simple Parentheses Error that is Driving Me Crazy

This keeps giving me a simple parentheses error, but I can't for the life of me figure out what I am missing...

Can anyone help?

Will do! Oh I do have a quick question.... is there a software or online excel formula format correction website that can help me detect this minor errors? For some reason, I have the hardest time finding them sometimes.

I have only used the stand-alone version of excel to debug.
I thought other Gurus might be able to answer this question.
