Is this what you are looking for : =SUMIF(B2:B21,I9,D2:D21)
Try:
=SUMIF($B$2:$B$21,I3,$D$2:$D$21)
Where there is a will there are many ways.

this does not give the right results as the agents name in the list could be any one from 15
So what should some of the results be based on your sample sheet?
i would like it to find agents name in list and add the score then place in colum l
how about this...
