What ways are there to tag cells and arrange by tags?

I want to utilize tags to cells for better organizing arranging or filtering.

usually some sort of logical statement returning specific things such as True/False, 1/0, etc... in another column helps to be able to sort..etc... but it really depends on how you want to sort, filter...
