    Conditional formating in Excel 2007

How do I format the all line using data in one cell?
I new to do it in Excel 2003 but in 2007 I can do only "fancy" formating, but can't find the good old conditional formating.
    Tnx!

From the Conditional Formatting menu, select New Rule and then select Use a formula to determine which cells to format... the rest is pretty much like in 2003
Where there is a will there are many ways.

When you click New Rule, first select the last rule type from the top section (i.e. "use a formula to determine which cells to format"

Once you select that, then you can enter a formula, e.g. =$A3="X"

adjust formula to what you need.
