Excel Graphing

Hey guys and gals,

This is my first post on here but I am in GREAT need of some help!

I'm currently trying to make a graph of the following information:

        FY 10    FY 11    FY  12    FY 13

1900                                               26
1800                                               24
1700                                               22
1600                                               20 
1500                                               18
1400                                               16
1300                                               14
1200                                               12

I am wondering how I can make that type of graph that would look like that? The numbers on the right side (if your looking at the screen) can be centered and do not need to be where they are right now.

I will then be connecting my left side numbers and right side numbers under FY 10.

For instance I will need to have a line connecting 1,200 KKGA to 16$KGA and 400KKGA to 24$KGA.

THIS IS REALLY CONFUSING AND I'M SURE I'M MAKING EVERYONE ELSE CONFUSED!!

If you can figure this out you might be the smartest person in the world. I've been trying to work on this for 3 hours know and have gotten nowhere.
