I have a sheet with different refrences and formulas in it.
recently when i open it its asking me to update refrences. i have no clue where this is coming from or how to stop it. now there are file paths to the excel file in my formulas. how can i fix this?
I dont like to use code i dont understand
it makes it hard to use in other situations
so please try to be as clear and patent as possible with me

i have deleted the paths and re-written the formulas
it saves ok now
but i would still like to know what the problem was
