D'Hondt Voting Method

Hello.
I have a little problem. I havent work with excel for years and now I have to do this as soon as possible:
There is a Donto's formula for calculating votes.
This is how it looks like.

C	50,000	50,000	25,000	16,667	12,500	10,000

I have to make sorting like this:

Place	 Party	   Result/votes
1.	  А	             80,000
2.	  B	             60,000
3.	  C	             50,000
4.	  А	             40,000
5.	  B	             30,000
6.	  А	             26,667
7.	  C	             25,000
8.	  А	             20,000
9.	  B	             20,000
10.	  C	             16,667

It says party A has 4 places (1,4,6 and 8),party B has 3 places (2,5 and 9) and so on.

I know this is a quite simple but i can't find out how to make it.

Is it possible to give me help as soon as possible ???

I must say that in real these are not 10 places, but 22, and there is more than 3 parties.
