Excel 2007 : How To Hide/Protect all macros in a worksheet?

I found the trick for putting 'Option Private Module' in the Module ... which removes all Macros from the list of macros ... but they are still visible if you press ALT-F11

How do you hide the macros entirely from prying eyes?
