    Paste special, maintain consistent formula?

I have a spreadsheet which records an employees hours. Occasionally an employee will have two sets of click in/out times in a day which requires two rows. Is there an easy way to insert a new row which will keep the formula in all the inserted cells consistent with the ones above/below it?

    How about this manual procedure

    - insert a new row
    - select all cells in the row above the new empty row
    - hit CTRL-C or Edit-Copy
    - select the first cell in the new empty row
    - Go Edit - Paste Special - Formulas
