Value noshow in cell, no errors either

=SUM(IF('Ledger 2009'!I3:I918>=7,IF('Ledger 2009'!I3:I918<=21,IF('Ledger 2009'!G3:G918="FO",'Ledger 2009'!D3:D918,0),0),0))

all cells formatted correctly
The function Arguments box shows the correct return value
no error appears
However, the formula results do not display in the cell.

Hmm, no errors, no return

when i test it with simple formula such s
=SUM('Ledger 2009'!D3:D918)
or
=SUMIF('Ledger 2009'!I3:I7,"=2",'Ledger 2009'!D3:D7)

a value shows in the cell.

Any Idea? Help
