How do you make text fill up a tall cell?

Hey everyone, I've got a spreadsheet and some of the cells have very long entries in them. Instead of having one long cell that is just one word wide, how can I have multiple lines in one cell?

In other words instead of:

|lkjlkjlkjdlkfjdlkafjdlkfjdlskfjldskfjslkdfjslkdjflskjfdlksjdflskdjflskdjflskdjfl|
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

How can I make the cell look like this:
______________
|lksjdlfkjsldkfjsldkfj|
|lskjsldkfjslkdjf;skj |
|slkjdlskjflskjdflskdj|
--------------------

Use the Format Cells Alignment option and select the 'Wrap Text' choice.
