    Cond. Formatting - Multiple Values

    Please help.

I have multiple figures in one column. For example (90, 100, 200). I need to color 90 in green, 100 in yellow, & 200 in red. file attached. Thanks

Re: Cond. Formatting - Multiple Values

Turn on the Formatting Toolbar, click on the cell with 90, select the PaintCan icon and select the correct color.

Repeat for the other values and the other color.

To use conditional formatting you have to discern a TRUE/FALSE type criteria and explain it.
