VBA search for certain data in txt file

Hello, How do I extract certain data from this txt file. For example :

If
A1 B1 C1 D1
INT CUST D/C ANALYSIS

There are many txt files I have. I want setup an excel template like the above and have it extract the data from 1 file automatically.

Clear ? Pls let me know if not.
