Phantom text in Excel

Hi,

Well here is a real doosie!!!

I have an excel 2003 spreadsheet with a lot of graphics and text boxes and text of course. The text in one of the text boxes says "You are on the wrong week".

What happens is that when I go to any w/sheet that text can appear anywhere on the page. Imagine that!!! I call it the phantom caller.

When I scroll down or up the page and then scroll back to where the text was guess what? It isn't there...???

I plan to use this program with people and can't have this text appearing on any and every page it decides to pop up on.

Has anyone any ideas what's going on and how I can get rid of it? I suppose I could delete the text completely from the program but I really don't want to do that. I'm really interested in finding out why it's happening and getting rid of it.

Surely I'm not the only user to experience this problem. As I said before I can get rid of the text by scrolling up or down (I take the text out of view and then go back).

It's in the properties for the textbox or code module for it, if you want to post your workbook or the offending sheet we can sort it for you!
