Excel 2007 : control buttons

I am having difficulty in putting control buttons on sheet 1 of my excel project.I want 2 buttons on sheet 1 which when pressed will open sheet 2 and sheet 3.So I'll need 2 buttons.Also I'll need buttons on sheet 2 and 3 to link back to sheet 1.In excel 2003 I found this easy ,I just clicked view-toolbars-control toolbox and went on from there.But I am really struggling with 2007.Can anyone help?

You may need to enable the developer ribbon. Just go into Excel options under the main menu and select Show developer toolbar in the ribbon.
