Stop Numbers Auto Switch to Date

I'm copying and pasting from a website, and it's a list of people. One of the columns is "Height" and I already went and selected all, and said to always display as text in Excel. When I go in and paste it, it still automatically changes from the number to a date. (i.e. a 6-2 guy automatically shows up as 2 June.)

I know I can go through and put ' before every one of them, but is there a faster way than that? Am I doing something wrong?

To change a Title on your post, click EDIT then Go Advanced and change your title, if 2 days have passed ask a moderator to do it for you.
