Find Duplicates Formula

I have two columns of email addresses and I want to make sure that between these two columns there are no duplicates. Can the excel gurus please help.

You can do a conditional format by formula as =countif($A$1:$A1,$A1)>1 and highlight all duplicates red.

I had to go to bed last night, I have attached the solutions, have a look. I realized as I was getting into bed that I had kind of misunderstood what you were looking for.
