I have two columns of email addresses and I want to make sure that between these two columns there are no duplicates. Can the excel gurus please help.
Thanks!
I attached a test doc that I am using - I can't seem to get it to work.

You can do a conditional format by formula as =countif($A$1:$A1,$A1)>1 and highlight all duplicates red.
Sorry Naesgn,
I had to go to bed last night, I have attached the solutions, have a look. I realized as I was getting into bed that I had kind of misunderstood what you were looking for.
No problem - it was late. I appreciate any help
As for what you did - how did you do it and what do the colors actually mean? I looked for formulas but didnt see any.
Thanks again!
Sorry, the formulas are all in the conditional formatting. It is a bit different for each column.
