Excel 2007 : Label chart axes

Hey thanks so much. This is much better than the last version of Excel except I can not seem to find the place to name the x and y axis now. When I pull up the select the data source pop up window it looks like you should be able to name the axises here but it will not let you on the x axis section and when you name the y axis section the name appears at the top of the graph. Maybe I can just name it like y/x.

How can I name the axises separately?

Can you not lable the axises? I looked for hours and could not find it.

I have office 07. I can not find chart tools anywhere. I can right click on the axis of the graph and then select format axis but you can not name the axis anywhere in there. I selected the axis names at the top of the column at the same time I selected all the data in the 2 colums and then selected insert graph. It made the graph but named it the title of the y axis. The actual name should be y/x.

Chart Tools is the contextual tab that appears when you select the chart.
It appears above the other tabs in the Ribbon.
The contextual tab has 3 other tabs within it, Design / Layout and Format.
