I have a spreadsheet that has hidden rows, I want to somehow either delete the unvisible rows or to be able to copy the visible rows to another sheet???

To make hidden rows unhidden: click on the row numbers above and below the hidden row; right click and choose Unhide from the popup menu
To copy a row's contents to another sheet: right click on the row number, select Copy from the popup menu then go to your new sheet, right click choose Paste.
Excel 365 user. To unblock a downloaded macro-enabled workbook, go to your "Downloads" folder > right click on the workbook name > click 'Properties' > check the 'Unblock' checkbox. You can now open the workbook.
Highlight the data you want to copy.
Press F5 and click SPECIAL
Click on [x] Visible cells only
Click OK
Press CTRL-C to copy
Switch to other sheet and select target location, press ENTER
Only the visible data will copy over.

Thank you!!!
Works
Thanks from me, too, JBeaucaire- that's a useful dialog box I never knew existed!
its even easier if you stick the select visible cells icon on the tool bar!
customise/commands/edit scroll to bottom and drag the select visible cells button onto any toolbar

Yep- that would have solved the particular problem outlined by the original poster. {Note to self: Explore toolbar customisation possibilities in more detail...}
I am delighted to have found out about the dialog box as it allows for many additional possibilities.
