Moving entire rows to another sheet and to another file

Hi ….I have 2 questions……for this table that is contantly expanding with new entries....FIRST, based on column A, how I can send each row entries to its corresponding tab below…for example, all joe entries need to go to the joe tab, etc..... SECOND.....how can I send all the entries already located in the "salescontacts" file in the JOE tab....then send those entries to the other file called JOEFILE and specificly to its tab named "potentialsales".
