    cut/paste special

    Hello!

My question is why the paste special command cannot be accessed after a selection has been cut? (same for Excel 2003 and Excel 2007).

    Thanks for the answer

    Welcome to the forum.

I imagine Microsoft had some kind of reason, but irrespective, that's just the way it is.

It seems quite strange to me, this function would be really useful (it takes a lot of time to first copy and paste and than delete the content, when you deal with huge databases).

    Thanks for the answer!
