Record value of cell based on a date

I want to be able to record on a separate worksheet the value of a cell on the last day of the month.

Essentially, what I'm doing is in the example. In the "Active sheet", I get a live reading of active employees and how many of those are out of compliance.

What I need to know is what those numbers are on the last day of the month without having to go into the spreadsheet and manually copy it into the OOC sheet. I want it all automated. What I want is a macro that will put the numbers in the OOC sheet the last day of the month.

Any thoughts?
