    excel network printer problems

    vibroadbansta excel, 2 computers, 1 network all in one hp printer, 1 broadband home network modem. printer on 1 computer works fine. On other word works fine excell say no printers installed have followed instructions. turned firewall off sent test page to printer successfully. help
